Airlines continue to oppose DHS biometric plan

Airlines oppose a plan by DHS to have carriers collect biometric data from foreign travelers leaving the country. Public comment on the plan ends today. Air Transport Association President James May has called the proceeding for making the new rule "purely and simply against the law" and indefensible.
