N.Y. chef introduces the upscale TV dinner

The ultimate TV dinner is being served at Loews Regency Hotel in New York, thanks to chef Andrew Rubin. He serves the $30 dinner in a porcelain partitioned tray. The meals consist of free-range chicken, pot roast braised in pinot noir and macaroni and cheese made with asiago and Parmesan.
