Cookbook author Fred Thompson says people shouldn't be afraid of cooking fish on the grill -- especially because it's a simple way to fix a healthy dish. Chef David McMillan seconds the opinion, saying a grilled red snapper tastes good with only a sprinkle of sea salt, a drizzle of olive oil and a bit of lemon juice.
