Study: Lower-income cancer patients have higher risk of dying

Researchers who analyzed data on 14,000 breast, prostate and colorectal cancer patients in seven states found low socioeconomic status was linked to more advanced cancer at diagnosis, less aggressive treatment and a higher risk of dying within five years.
