Study: More moms drink caffeinated beverages

More than 65% of mothers consume caffeine to help keep up with the demands of their days, a new study shows. Experts claim that about 200 milligrams of caffeine a day is a healthy amount. This translates to one to four drinks a day, depending on the caffeine level.
