DTV picture much clearer now for WJLA-TV

Although WJLA-TV in Washington has not addressed all of its DTV reception issues, the station seems to have solved most of them by instructing viewers to "double-scan" by unplugging their converter boxes or TV sets and rescanning the DTV channels. "We have a few isolated things," said Jerald Fritz, senior vice president of station owner Allbritton. "We're taking care of them one at a time and we think the problem is dissipated."
