Florida high school will get artificial turf

Plant High School in Tampa, Fla., is getting an artificial turf surface for its stadium in August -- just in time for football season, says football coach Robert Weiner. The current field has been the butt of many jokes because by midseason in previous years most of the grass had died and parents painted the barren spots green.
