Spiced rum provides cocktail inspiration

With more companies launching spiced rum, cocktail experts are using the expanded range as inspiration for new cocktails. Spiced rum, with about 55 brands in the U.S., accounts for about a third of the total rum market, and is used in punches, grogs and variations of a Dark and Stormy.
