Business owners question tactics used by credit-management firm

Some business owners say they may have been fooled by aggressive sales tactics used by Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp., which licenses intellectual property from the credit-ratings company Dun & Bradstreet. Dun & Bradstreet Credibility sells a service offering small-business owners tools to manage their credit and rectify problems. But some say the company's claims in sales pitches didn't add up, and others say that even after paying for the service, fixing errors on their credit reports has been difficult.
