Climbing to the top: Not as important to some millennial women

While almost 40% of millennial women say their desire to do rewarding or interesting work is most important, only 6% of university-educated millennial women say they want to take the top job at a large company, according to a recent survey. The lack of interest in climbing to the top is a result of concern about the sacrifices they think they would have to make in order to reach the top of the corporate ladder. "There are a number of women who are looking at different paths," said Cynthia Zamaria, managing director at Zeno Canada.
