How Starbucks could profit from revealing calorie counts

Starbucks this week will begin to post calorie counts for its drinks and other menu items in stores across the country. Retail experts believe the move will boost Starbucks' sales, even though health-conscious consumers may balk at the high calorie counts for some beverages. "They've done a great job putting more product out there, like their new Evolution line of cold-pressed juices, which can cost just under $6. That's far more expensive than a $4 Frappuccino, but it's seen as a healthier option," said Brian Sozzi, CEO of Belus Capital Advisors.
