Job seekers should use Twitter to follow organizations where they want to work and re-tweet their material to build a relationship, according to this commentary by Amy Levin-Epstein. Join conversations with the organization and ask questions to engage with other employees, she suggests. "We have hired people who consistently [re-tweeted] our tweets and added additional value to topics or discussions we have been engaged in," adds Kenneth Wisnefski, a social media consultant and CEO of WebiMax.
