Mass. woman continues flying lessons after 50 years

Santa Amico began taking flying lessons at Fitchburg Municipal Airport in Massachusetts at age 21, but flying fell by the wayside when she moved to Boston to teach at Fisher College years later. Amico, now 71, was given a gift of a helicopter ride over Boston recently, and it renewed her interest in flying. Now living again in Fitchburg, she has began taking lessons again at the airport where it all started for her.
