Advertising spending at Twitter almost doubled year-on-year in May as Yahoo's and Facebook's declined 4% and 1%, respectively, according to spending data from Aegis, Havas, Interpublic and Publicis. Online video ad spending increased 92%, while mobile spending improved 122%, according to data compiled by Standard Media Index. Total digital ad spending at the top 20 digital vendors increased 42% over last year, SMI said.
