Supreme Court to hear recess appointment challenge

The Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear the case over the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's recess appointments of National Labor Relations Board members. The case may affect the recess appointment of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Director Richard Cordray. It's "a reminder the CFPB operates under a continuing cloud of uncertainty for consumers and the industry," says Richard Hunt, CBA president and CEO.
