UK grocery chains launch new battle in petrol price war

ASDA announced its first price cut on petrol since May, triggering rivals Morrisons, Sainsbury and Tesco to launch similar discounts. The cuts come after a report showing UK consumers are on average £8 a week worse off than they were in 2010 because of higher prices.
