U.K. Home Office announces cybersecurity education program

The British government has begun a cybersecurity awareness campaign to educate businesses and consumers about rising hacker threats. The roughly $6 million project is part of a larger initiative focused on reducing cybercrime and includes the Get Safe Online program, which will educate Internet users about steps they can take to protect themselves online, such as avoiding sharing passwords.
