Calif. students help with exhibit marking county's 125th anniversary

A group of California high-school students who are taking a summer course in the history and science of curating museums helped mark Merced County's 125th anniversary with a museum exhibit. The students helped museum staffers display 200-plus photos that chronicle the area's business, government and cultural history. Students began their research in the spring, visiting historical sites and museums to help prepare for the project.
