Cracker Jack to offer surprises in Facebook campaign

PepsiCo's Cracker Jack is returning to advertising with a new "The Surprise Inside Project" Facebook campaign that allows users to ask for their friends and family to be surprised with gifts such as ice cream or water balloons. The campaign will pick 200 winners. "We really wanted to engage in a two-way conversation with [consumers]," said PepsiCo's Ram Krishnan, senior vice president of marketing.
