Suddenlink offers to open its books if programmers do as well

Suddenlink Communications would be in favor of sharing its billing procedures with federal regulators, provided programmers do the same, Chairman and CEO Jerry Kent wrote in a letter to the House and Senate leadership. Suddenlink is also backing Mediacom's push for a probe into wholesale programming fees and carriage mandates.
