Investigation: 200 California teachers helped students cheat on state tests

An investigation by the California state Department of Education confirmed that nearly 200 public school teachers helped their students cheat on state exams during the past five years. According to school and union officials, the teachers were generally given reprimands or warnings, although a few teachers were fired or resigned.
