NASA chief announces agency reorganization plans

NASA administrator Sean O'Keefe announced a top-to-bottom reorganization of the space agency based on recommendations made by the President's Commission to Moon, Mars and Beyond. The reorganization plans call for seven enterprises to be merged into four directories covering the areas of exploration systems, space operations, aeronautics research and a science directorate.
