Senate committee approves legislation with extra shuttle mission

The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee on Tuesday approved legislation that would allow NASA to make an additional shuttle mission. A similar version of the bill passed in the House last week, but the White House has indicated that it may veto legislation authorizing an additional flight.
