Districts that provide quality special education should see little change in the numbers of students seeking private special education as the result of Monday's Supreme Court ruling, writes the director of a private Massachusetts school for children with special needs. Districts that aren't doing enough are likely to improve rather than face increasing out-of-district placements, he writes, and that means special education could improve across the board.
