Some aspects of Mediterranean diet more healthful than others

Researchers say eating lots of seafood and cutting back on dairy products are not the most beneficial parts of a Mediterranean diet. The health benefits are more pronounced for consumption of large amounts of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and olive oil, and for restricting intake of meat and alcohol.
