Sales leaders should pay attention to the example set by chef Gordon Ramsay, who gets contestants excited on the television show "MasterChef" by letting them know that they are the cream of the crop, writes Carol Tice. "Let your sales staff know you interviewed a lot of people, and they are the chosen elite." Ramsay's antics also hold plenty of other lessons for sales leaders; for example, they show the importance of demanding respect and of providing a good compensation package, Tice writes.
