Carnival seeks to improve agent relations through outreach program

Carnival Cruise Lines plans to launch a new travel agent outreach program aimed at improving its relationship with its agent partners. Called Carnival Conversations, the program will initiate a marketing campaign July 1 and a road show series July 12. "Our goal with Carnival Conversations is to do a better job of listening and responding to travel agents regularly so that we're on top of the issues that matter to them most," said Lynn Torrent, executive vice president of sales and guest services at Carnival.
