Small-business lending and credit patterns have changed significantly since the Great Recession, according to this article. Despite an easing of underwriting standards, small businesses still have trouble securing credit. Also, fewer small businesses are borrowing, and those that are borrow less than what was borrowed before the financial meltdown.
