Coca-Cola looks to niche markets to boost sales

Coca-Cola is looking to target niche markets with its glass bottles as soda sales continue to decline. The soda maker is targeting neighborhood stores that cater to millennials, baby boomers and Hispanics who still buy drinks in glass bottles. Sales for soda in glass bottles grew 2.6% for the 52 weeks ended April 13. The move fits with Coca Cola's strategy to roll out new products targeted at specific customer groups.
