Eating 2 big meals a day may be better than 6 small ones, study finds

Participants with type 2 diabetes who ate two big meals a day lost more weight than did those who ate six smaller meals a day, according to a small study presented at the American Diabetes Association meeting. Both groups of participants lost weight on their eating plans, which researchers said shows the importance of calorie restriction, however it is achieved.
