Feds hope to sign up 7M by March for ACA exchanges

The Obama administration's goal is to enroll 7 million people in the Affordable Care Act's health insurance marketplaces by March 31. A major public education campaign is starting, and discussions are underway with the NBA and NFL about possible partnerships. "The most daunting aspect is that people still don't know enough about what's going to change in the law and don't have enough information -- still have some misinformation," HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Monday as she introduced a new call center and an updated website to provide information about the ACA.
