Holiday Inn Express is inviting mobile users to upload photos and brief videos of their hotel stays at a dedicated site using Instagram, Vine and YouTube. The brand's Stay Smart site also offers the hotel chain's mobile application and encourages mobile bookings. "From booking a room online or via our mobile app, to communicating with our guests via Twitter, Facebook, and now StaySmart.com, we know we need to be where our guests are in order to engage with them," said Heather Balsley, senior vice president of brand family, Americas at Holiday Inn.
