Church signs on as major sponsor of the Gay Games

The United Church of Christ has become the first religious denomination to be a major sponsor of the Gay Games. The church joins more than 150 companies and organizations that have signed on as sponsors. "Times have changed. The last Gay Games in North America, in Chicago in 2006, had some corporate sponsors, but they were pretty limited," said Tom Nobbe, executive director of this year's games.
