Coconut water brands look to improve sustainability

As coconut water's popularity continues to grow, companies are working to extend shelf life and improve sustainability. Harmless Harvest is using high-pressure processing to prevent bacteria growth, while Big Tree Farms sells the water in a dehydrated form to reduce shipping weights. Jax Coco is one of the first to sell coconut water in a recyclable glass bottle.
