MCube pulls in $37M for tiny semiconductors

A startup called mCube, which produces semiconductor chips that are roughly the size of a grain of sand, has raised $37 million in its latest funding round. The company's motion-sensor chips, which cost between 30 cents and 70 cents, are used in smartphones, tablets and other devices.
