MMA nods to wearables for creative awards

Wearables of all kinds now have their own category for the Smarties Awards as the MMA acknowledges the unique creative reach of such devices. "What we would look for is how a device interacts, whether it be through an app on a phone or tablet, or from the desktop, refrigerator or auto," MMA Chief Strategy Officer Sheryl Daija said.
