Franchising takes Atlanta chains to Middle East

Atlanta-based Buffalo's Southwest Cafe and Fire of Brazil are aiming to capitalize on the popularity of American culture in the Middle East by signing franchise agreements to open outlets in the region. "Despite the politics, the United States has an incredible attraction throughout the world," one restaurant broker says.
