Florida governor vetoes extension for developers

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist has vetoed a bill that would have given developers of large commercial and residential projects three extra years to complete the projects. The three-year extension cleared in the 2007 legislative session and remains in effect, but developers may still have to pay for additional studies and impact fees as part of the extension.
