Skyscraper with individually rotating floors could come to New York

Italian architect David Fisher has unveiled plans for stunning skyscrapers in Dubai and Moscow that rotate, and he says he hopes to build a third tower in New York some time soon. The Dubai tower, due to open in 2010, will stand 80 stories high, with each floor able to rotate independently and at a different speed, to give the building a constantly changing shape.
