Fox Restaurant Concepts eyes multistate growth

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Fox Restaurant Concepts has grown to 30 restaurants under 13 different brands including North, Sauce and its healthy-dining concept, True Food Kitchen. The boutique company is looking to expand to new markets, with help from financial partner P.F. Chang's, and founder and CEO Sam Fox has assembled an executive team to lead the efforts while staying innovative. "This is a big business, but we don't run it like one," Fox said.
