Find plants that tolerate moisture for soggy areas in the garden

Plants that tolerate moisture suit areas in the yard where water tends to accumulate, writes horticulturist Tony Tomeo. This includes bog plants such as papyrus, reeds, baby tears, cannas and sedges. Some types of drought-tolerant plants can also withstand excessive moisture, but the water must drain often enough that they don't rot, Tomeo advises.
