NRF leads push to postpone ACA, redefine full-time

NRF's Neil Trautwein testified before a Congressional committee this week, urging lawmakers to push back deadlines for implementing the Affordable Care Act to give retailers, restaurants and other companies more time to clear up confusion about the law. The retail group also stressed a proposal to change the definition of a full-time worker to an employee who works at least 40 hours per week from the current 30-hour standard written in the law.
