More than 1 million Facebook users have "liked" Smarties Candy Co. The company surpassed the million mark in early June but continues to lag behind leaders like Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.'s Skittles and The Hershey Co.'s Kit Kat, according to Social Baker. Facebook, said Smarties' Eric Ostrow, is "a fantastic way to connect directly with consumers, deliver updates and share new content."
