Pilot aims to repeat Lindbergh's flight in electric plane

Chip Yates only got his pilot's license one year ago, but he already has big plans: He hopes to fly an electric plane across the Atlantic Ocean, following Charles Lindbergh's historic path. Yates says he's attracted to the engineering challenge of flight, and a challenge it will be. The longest flight so far in an electric plane has been 1,000 miles -- the trip across the ocean is 3,500 miles.
