Supporters hopeful of Keystone XL approval after Obama's speech

TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline will eventually secure the State Department's approval, as indicated by President Barack Obama's remarks about the project during his climate change policy speech, some Montana lawmakers said. The project would gain clearance if it doesn't raise greenhouse-gas emissions, Obama said. "The president just confirmed what I've been saying for years: It's time to build the Keystone pipeline," said Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont.
