Wal-Mart said Wednesday it will stop selling food items, cookware and other Paula Deen-branded merchandise at its 4,000 U.S. stores, making the retailer the latest company to end its relationship with the Southern celebrity chef in the wake of recent admissions that she had used racial epithets in the past. Target, which also carries Paula Deen products, said it is "evaluating the situation."
