IKEA to boost U.S. store workers' pay next year

IKEA will raise pay for hourly workers at its U.S. stores an average of 17% starting Jan. 1. Employees will make an average of $10.76 an hour, depending on the cost of living in each market. The change will raise the pay of about half of the chain's 11,000 hourly U.S. workers.
