Migraine patient's personality type linked to feelings of stigma

Widener University researchers said the personality traits of migraine patients may affect whether they feel stigmatized and could help guide their treatment. The study linked anxiety and worry with feelings of stigma among chronic migraine patients, while people who had episodic migraines were more likely to experience stigma if they were introverted.
