Nielsen recognizes innovative new products

Nielsen chose the 2014 Breakthrough Innovation Award winners from a field of more than 3,400 products launched in 2012. The 14 winners, which include the belVita Breakfast Biscuit from Nabisco, identified an unmet consumer need and then solved the problem, write Taddy Hall and Rob Wengel, senior vice presidents of innovation for Nielsen.
