JetBlue exec answers "Five Good Questions"

In an interview, JetBlue's vice president of planning, Marty St. George, reflects on the company's relationship with the airports it serves. St. George said that any shortfalls in customer experiences on the ground are made up for in the air, but overall commented that he's "very impressed with the multiple airports that really get it."
